This study looked at the effect of Rifaximin treatment on anti-vinculin antibodies in IBS with diarrhea. The result – Rifaximin had no effect on these antibody measurements.


The comprehensive fructose malabsorption dietary therapy in this study achieved a high level of continued adherence and positive symptomatic response in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and fructose malabsorption.


According to this study, coffee interferes with the intestinal absorption of T4.
