Gharam Attya is a naturopathic medicine intern with a focus on women’s reproductive health and fertility. She is currently completing her naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
Gharam has a background in psychology and child studies, along with graduate training in psychology. She is also a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and a Yoga Alliance–certified teacher.
She has received training in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and incorporates these alongside evidence-based approaches to support patient care. Her broader interests include digestive health, the microbiome, and the role of nutrition and lifestyle in chronic disease.
Gharam values a well-rounded approach to care and is interested in incorporating practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic-based techniques when appropriate. She enjoys supporting patients through personalized, practical treatment plans that are both effective and sustainable.
