Dr. Ruscio is a functional medicine practice and education company grounded in evidence-based care. We're a small team doing work that reaches a lot of people.
What We Do
We combine clinical care, research-backed content, and practical products to help people cut through conflicting health advice and get real answers. Our approach is simple: test before you guess, treat what's actually wrong, and keep things as uncomplicated as they can be.
That philosophy shapes how we work internally too. We'd rather do fewer things well than chase every trend.

We're not a large company. What you build and create here reaches thousands of people trying to solve real health problems, and it's yours from start to finish.

Evidence over hype.
We hold our own content and products to the same standard we ask of the research we cite. If a claim doesn't hold up, it doesn't go out. We track what's actually working, in the clinic and in the content, and let that shape what we do next.

Remote and flexible.
We work asynchronously and value output over hours logged. Most of the team works remotely, and we keep meetings to what’s necessary.
