Angela Dowden is a British nutritionist, journalist and author with a long and varied career in print and digital media. Her latest book, released May 2024, is Quit Ultraprocessed Foods in 4 Weeks. She believes healthy eating can be enjoyable, not a chore, and is a whiz at creating nutritious and tasty diet plans. Angela recently spent 5 years living in California where she took up cycling and qualified for the USA age group (55–59) duathlon team.
