Yes, we can direct you to necessary testing or provide a list of markers for your local healthcare team. Our team has extensively reviewed the research regarding which tests are effective and which are inaccurate. We are excited to share this with you!

It varies from client to client based on what the doctor thinks will be best to help you get better as quickly as possible. Your doctor will also work with you based on whatever your budget is. Testing is not a requirement.

We don’t recommend any specific tests prior to your initial consultation. After meeting with your doctor, they will advise you on any tests that may be appropriate based on your case.

Our doctors generally recommend follow-up visits every 5–6 weeks. However, this can vary based on your individual health needs—some may benefit from more frequent check-ins, while others may be able to extend their follow-ups to every 2–3 months

This will vary greatly between individuals, as it depends on what your doctor discovers to be the root cause of symptoms. Your doctor can give you a better idea once they review your case in detail

The cost of care is highly individualized and depends on several factors unique to each person—including the complexity of symptoms, underlying root causes and how your body responds to the plan over time. Because we take a personalized approach to healing, we design care plans that are tailored specifically to your health journey.

At the Ruscio Institute for Functional Health, we have chosen to operate outside of commercial insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. This allows us to realign our priorities with yours, focusing fully on guiding you toward optimal health.

Yes! And while there are some restrictions on shipping supplements to select countries, our doctors will do their best to recommend needed products that can be purchased locally.

Yes. We are passionate about helping children and would be happy to assist in improving your child’s health.

Roughly one third of our work is with people who have seen numerous other healthcare providers and we feel confident in being able to help if you are in this situation. We would encourage you to have the initial visit with one of our clinicians and allow them to comment on your case specifically. If we ever feel we will be unable to help, we will refund the cost of the visit. We are dedicated to helping you and reducing any stress regarding obtaining our opinion.

Once we determine the correct approach, you should see improvements within weeks on that plan. Determining this plan can vary. In some cases within the first few weeks of care, and in other cases we may need to experiment with a few different approaches (a few months) until we find the correct plan.
