A recent trial showed resistant starch helped lower inflammation, triglycerides, and hemoglobin A1c, but did not help with fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, or CRP.

A recent paper discussing parvovirus B19s association with autoimmunity. We test this in the clinic but its clinical utility is questionable to me at this point.

A recent study suggests an upper cut off point of 18 and 14 are ideal for predicting hypothyroid and subclinical hypothyroid. But I would not go crazy in attempting to get your TPO levels this low.
