MA

Hilary Watts is a scientific editor, researcher, and ghostwriter, helping scientists and clinicians share their findings in accurate, meaningful, and memorable prose. For ten non-consecutive years before filling her current niche in 2018, she worked as a biologist on riparian habitat studies and rural land conservation projects in the American Southwest. She studied medicine for two years before switching gears to earn a master’s in counseling psychology and work as a therapist for underprivileged families. She also worked as an environmental journalist, academic editor, and freelance writer, all of which led her here.
